How to build Ultimate Deathknight
Gear
- DEF% chest and gloves; add C. RATE once DEF is solid.
- Speed boots, and SPD in every substat you can get — gear without SPD is not worth upgrading early.
- It places debuffs, so it needs ACC in its substats for them to land.
