Where your medals go
Arena Medals buy the Great Hall's affinity bonuses: six stats for each of the four affinities, ten levels apiece, applied to every champion in every battle. It is one of the biggest permanent stat sources in the game, and it is paid for entirely in arena wins.
Levels 1 to 3 take any medal, 4 to 6 need Silver or Gold, and 7 to 10 take Gold only. One Gold Medal is worth two Silver or four Bronze, which is why climbing the ladder speeds everything up. Max out the whole Hall and Gold Medals start buying the Gold Medal Chest instead.

Classic Arena tournaments, on autopilot
Classic Arena tournaments score offence wins only, and pay more per win the higher your tier. Fusion events often lean on them, asking for dozens of wins inside a few days.
That is a token every hour, for days, which is the part people miss. RSLExtreme spends each one as it arrives, so the points arrive on schedule.

Results grow with your roster. The stronger your team, the more of those battles end in wins, and the faster medals turn into Great Hall levels.
