How to build Riscarm
Gear
- DEF% chest and gloves; add C. RATE once DEF is solid.
- Its heals scale from HP instead: favour HP if it is your team's healer.
- Speed boots, and SPD in every substat you can get — gear without SPD is not worth upgrading early.
- It places debuffs, so it needs ACC in its substats for them to land.
Role: Defense · damage scales with DEF · heals and shields scale with HP
