How to build Oboro
Gear
- ATK% chest; C. RATE gloves until C. RATE reaches 100%, then C. DMG.
- Speed boots, and SPD in every substat you can get — gear without SPD is not worth upgrading early.
- It places debuffs, so it needs ACC in its substats for them to land.
Role: Attack · damage scales with ATK
Books and ascension
Takes 15 skill books to max. 3 of them cut a cooldown — book A2 and A3 first.
