How to build Loki the Deceiver
Gear
- HP% chest and gloves — its heals and shields grow with its own HP.
- Speed boots, and SPD in every substat you can get — gear without SPD is not worth upgrading early.
- It places debuffs, so it needs ACC in its substats for them to land.
